The collar is able to glow in the dark, depending on the length of charging time in natural or artificial light. The neon color is bright even at daylight, and the black cow leather liner on the inner side gives it a good background. A phosphorescent material is capable of emitting light only after exposure to light, depending on the duration and intensity of light exposure.

All Lumino collars are 25mm wide.
